I do not currently accept insurance.
For individuals with a PPO insurance plan, I am able to provide you with a monthly summary (called a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Feel free to reach out to discuss this option with me.
I encourage clients to speak with their insurance companies directly to verify whether their plan includes out-of-network reimbursement. Most HMO plans do not provide out-of-network reimbursement, so it is important to verify this yourself prior to starting services. You may want to ask your insurance company the following questions:
What is my insurance coverage for outpatient mental health care?
What are my deductibles, coinsurance, and copays for outpatient mental health care?
Does out-of-network care count toward my deductible?
Can I submit for reimbursement for out-of-network mental health care?
Rates
$175 for an initial 60 minute assessment session
$140 for a 50 minute session of individual or family therapy
$110 for a 30 minute session of individual therapy
I am able to offer a limited number of clients payment on a sliding scale, from $80-$130/50 minute session. However, I cannot provide a superbill for individuals receiving sliding scale therapy.
I accept cash and check. I also use my electronic health record system to process payments securely. You may pay using debit card, credit card, or HSA/FSA card.
In compliance with the No Surprises Act, a Good Faith Estimate is available upon request. However, because therapy looks different for every client, the frequency of sessions and length of treatment is difficult to estimate at the beginning of therapy.
